Als toegewijde IT-professional werk ik inmiddels ruim een jaar als systeembeheerder, met daarvoor meerdere jaren ervaring in on-site support. Deze combinatie zorgt ervoor dat ik niet alleen technische problemen effectief kan oplossen, maar ook goed kan schakelen met eindgebruikers en collega's.
Mijn focus ligt op het stabiel en veilig houden van IT-omgevingen, het optimaliseren van systemen en het ondersteunen van gebruikers. Denk aan dagelijkse beheerwerkzaamheden, het automatiseren van terugkerende taken, of het oplossen van complexe storingen.
